Booking Terms and Conditions

After reading the general conditions add your desired week/s to your shopping cart and continue to the checkout (only the deposit for the week/s is paid at this point). You may, alternatively arrange a booking by contacting us. You will be sent a confirmation email once your deposit has been received. 

Please feel free to call us if you need any further help or information.

All prices quoted are for the apartment on a weekly basis and include electricity, heating and water.

The balance and a security deposit of £250.00 will be requested at least 30 days before the first day of your reservation. You may complete the balance at any time before this period. Please contact us to arrange this.

This deposit will be refunded to you upon receipt of the apartment keys when you return, but subject to deductions for any damage, breakages, or failure to leave the apartment clean and tidy for the next incoming guests.

Please note that you will be liable for any damage that is in excess of the deposit paid.

The keys will be posted to you upon receipt of your balance payment and the apartment will be available to you from 4pm on your day of arrival. We ask that on your final day that you depart no later than 10am and that the apartment is left clean and tidy (exactly as you would expect to find it)

This information is given to you in good faith as known to us at this time. We respect the right to change this at any time should it become necessary but will do our best to prevent any disruption to you or your holiday.

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please advise in writing or via email no later than 30 days before the first day of your reservation. We will attempt to re-book the period and limit your loss to the value of the deposit only. We regret that we are unable to accept any cancellations after this 30 day period.
